You’ll own a pipeline of warm leads, every single one a parent or caregiver who has already put their hand up for help. Your job is to guide them through a consultative conversation that ends with the right tutoring plan for their child.

• Picking up the phone to parents who are expecting your call, never a cold call

• Digging into a child’s needs, confidence and goals before recommending a path forward

• Confidently asking for the sale once the fit is right

• Spotting the chance to add a second subject or enrol a sibling

• Getting off a call and asking your team leader “what could I have done better there?”

• Celebrating every win out loud on a fast-paced, social floor

• You’ve done consultative, phone-based B2C sales, think insurance, memberships or similar

• You’re comfortable working to KPIs across call volume, talk time and conversion

• You’ve got genuine empathy, because these conversations can be emotional for parents

• You’ve got the self-assurance to ask for the sale once you’ve earned the right to

• You’re financially driven, resilient and hungry to improve
