TTH Hospitality Services Pty Ltd is looking for Cooks and Chefs to join our team in Kingscliff, Northern NSW.

About You:

• Certificate III in Hospitality – Commercial Cookery (essential)
• 2 - 3 years’ experience
• High cooking standards with attention to detail
• High level of interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills
• Good work ethic including the ability to work under pressure
• Ability to maintain service standards
• Strong ability to work autonomously amongst a fast-paced environment
• Good knife skills
• Good with quick, consistent prep and service
• Current HACCP and relevant Food Safety accreditation
