Venue/General Manager

Prince Lane is a large CBD multi storey Pub, comprising of a Public Bar, Glamour Floor for functions and a Roof Top Bar.

We are seeking an experienced hospitality professional to join our team as a hands on General/Venue Manager.

The successful applicant must have at least 3 years in a Bar Management position with a high standard of skills focusing on the following:

* Working with our Chef to develop and implement restaurant and function menus 

* Lead a team of bar tenders/supervisors to deliver a consistent product of food and beverages to our customers

* Adhere to strict management practices of RSA, Security and Profit and Loss Guidelines

* Have strong skills in marketing, events development/promotion and industry contacts to bring events, entertainment and themed nights into the venue

This is a hands on role that will require the applicant to have strong time management and communication skills to delegate roles and responsibilities to other members of our team instead of micro managing every aspect of the venue. You will be required to work Tuesday to Saturday with a mixture of day and evening shifts dependent upon the venues requirements. This is a challenging role but one that will allow an experienced operator to implement their ideas and structure into the venue with a focus on profitability.
