Donna Chang is the latest venue from the Ghanem Group (Blackbird Bar and Grill, Byblos) Situated in the stunning heritage-listed space at 171 George Street, Donna Chang has quickly become a favourite in the Brisbane dining scene and has received a number of accolades since opening in September 2018.

The menu, created by Head Chef Jason Margaritis (formerly of Spice Temple, Rockpool) draws inspiration from Cantonese, Sichuan and regional Chinese cuisines.

The food is designed for sharing banquet style, with a focus on QLD and native Australian produce.

We are currently accepting applications for the positions of Junior Sous Chef, Senior Chef De Parties, specialised wok chefs and apprentices (all levels)

What we're looking for;

- Team leaders with a passion for teaching and sharing knowledge

- Cert III or IV Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)

- Experienced wok chefs with experience in fast-paced kitchens

- Experience in Asian cookery, particularly Cantonese cuisine.

Annual remuneration up to $70,000 based on role, experience and skill level.
