Cafe Supervisor

Bluebag Fresh requires the services of an experienced cafe manager. We operate Monday - Friday with no nights or weekend hours required! You must be passionate about great food, great coffee and consistently delivering great customer service.

Our cafe is centered around a beautiful display fridge that enables our customers to choose their own salads or have a salad made as per our chef created menu. We also run a small grab and go menu, breakfast menu, soups & lunch boxes and St Ali coffee.

The successful applicant will have experience rostering, ordering, have awesome customer service skills, have experience with specialty coffee (we take our coffee very seriously), be able to meet targets (wages, purchases & sales) and be able to lead from the front. You must be able to create a warm, friendly customer focused environment that keeps our customers coming back. You must also have demonstrable experience in managing and setting up systems & procedures for the smooth & efficient running of the cafe.

Previous experience in QSR, cafes or a similar concept would be viewed favourably.
