Chef Wanted 2 to 3 nights per week Mermaid

Looking for Chef to work in funky modern bar environment Friday Saturday nights (possibly Thurs too)

Prep/start about 2pm. Finish about 930PM- 10PM

Minimum $30 Per hour (more on Saturday…. to be negotiated)

Salary agreement possible

Full professional commercial kitchen.

Responsibilities include:

• Run and manage the kitchen on your own
• Manage the kitchen hand.
• Manage ongoing stock levels and ordering
• Manage Work Place Health and Safety procedures for the kitchen
• Lead a team with a positive drive consciously creating a happy, fun, respectful and relaxed environment for all staff
• Have previous experience in a similar role
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated and creative
